[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_05]: Hi!

[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_02]: We've got Lenora, Nancy-Ann, and who do we have here? We've got a special guest.

[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_03]: This is the psycho girl in bathroom doll of me and so now that you all are staring at her she will visit you tonight as you're sleeping.

[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's kind of figured that.

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_10]: She looks like Annabelle. It's great.

[00:02:10] [SPEAKER_03]: But yes, so it's me, my character as a doll. A doll maker made her.

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_10]: Is there a cheerleader one or no?

[00:02:18] [SPEAKER_03]: I don't have one somebody make me one.

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_10]: We got to get it.

[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_10]: Reno, get on it!

[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_10]: Make a cheerleader doll we needed. Big W.

[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_05]: On every convention I sit with her and I'm jealous and I have no doll.

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_05]: She needs a doll. The cheerleader.

[00:02:34] [SPEAKER_10]: Exactly. We need the cheerleader doll.

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_10]: Cute sweet. Let's get that.

[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_05]: You do.

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_05]: I'll take a puppet at this point.

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_05]: That's even creepier.

[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_05]: A finger puppet. It's nice to meet you.

[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_05]: Nice to meet you as well. We're so happy to be here. We're very excited to meet the fans.

[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_02]: Awesome.

[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_05]: A lot of which we've already met.

[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_02]: And they're here to ask questions.

[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_02]: By the way, if you have questions, get them ready. We'll have a little Q&A session for you.

[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_02]: We love questions.

[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_02]: And if you're a little shy, that's totally okay.

[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Don't be shy.

[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_02]: We're all friends here.

[00:03:11] [SPEAKER_02]: But you'll also be at your table all day.

[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_05]: Come back to our table.

[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_02]: Come hang out. Come talk.

[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's talk about you before scream.

[00:03:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Both of you before scream.

[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh my God. Is this therapy?

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_05]: It's absolutely this therapy.

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_10]: That's why we're here for...

[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_05]: We love therapy.

[00:03:31] [SPEAKER_10]: Surprise! We're your therapists.

[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_05]: It's an intervention.

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_05]: I wish my therapist were this good looking.

[00:03:36] [SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.

[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_05]: Then we could date our therapist.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_05]: And then we need therapy for that too.

[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_02]: That's probably true.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_02]: Vicious circle.

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_02]: So we are the Distance Nerding podcast.

[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_02]: We have a segment on our show called Growing Up Geeky.

[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_02]: So we want to know what you two geeked out on as kids.

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_05]: What's the name of the podcast again?

[00:03:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Distance Nerding.

[00:04:00] [SPEAKER_05]: What?

[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Distance Nerding.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_05]: I have answers for all of that.

[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_05]: She can go first. I can go first.

[00:04:07] [SPEAKER_05]: You go first.

[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_05]: So you want to know what I geeked out on?

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_05]: But you guys can't judge me or shame me.

[00:04:15] [SPEAKER_10]: There's no judgment here.

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Hello Kitty.

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_10]: See, okay.

[00:04:22] [SPEAKER_05]: I know that dates me but I am old.

[00:04:25] [SPEAKER_05]: I loved Hello Kitty.

[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_05]: My mother...

[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_05]: I was obsessed with the stickers.

[00:04:31] [SPEAKER_05]: The pencil boxes.

[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh my God!

[00:04:34] [SPEAKER_05]: Wait!

[00:04:35] [SPEAKER_05]: No!

[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_02]: She's like, I need the Hello Kitty watch.

[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_02]: She's like, I don't need the puppet anymore.

[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Give me the watch.

[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_05]: So I loved Hello Kitty.

[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_05]: I loved the Holly Hobby Oven that you could bake stuff.

[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Is that the real oven where you can make cookies?

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_05]: The real oven.

[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_05]: Because in my mind, I told my mother,

[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_05]: I want a gift that's actually going to give me something.

[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_05]: So I would make cakes.

[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_05]: With my little Holly Hobby oven.

[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_05]: That's awesome.

[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_05]: Hello Kitty Holly Hobby.

[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_05]: I loved Superman.

[00:05:09] [SPEAKER_05]: And I loved Star Wars.

[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_10]: Oh wow, so she's a nerd.

[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_03]: I hope that was a good one.

[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_03]: That's awesome!

[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_10]: What about you Nancy-Ann?

[00:05:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Thank goodness, Leonora mentioned Star Wars.

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_03]: I was big into baseball trading cards.

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_03]: And really big into Star Wars trading cards.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, still.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_03]: And big time with my little friend, Drew Daniels.

[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_03]: I didn't know that!

[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_03]: I never knew that.

[00:05:33] [SPEAKER_03]: And then when I was five years old,

[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm really old,

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_03]: but weeble wobbles.

[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_03]: Weeble wobbles, wait,

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_03]: weebles wobble but they don't fall down.

[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_03]: They're my first favorite little toy.

[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Say that five times.

[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_05]: Weebles wobbles but they don't fall down.

[00:05:51] [SPEAKER_05]: Weebles wobbles but they don't fall down.

[00:05:52] [SPEAKER_10]: Not even going to try it.

[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_05]: You're the professional actress.

[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_03]: I was in a Barbie girl, Barbie girl.

[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Neither was I.

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_03]: So many things.

[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, the Smurfs.

[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, the Smurfs!

[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_10]: But on the other hand,

[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_10]: I am a Barbie girl in a Barbie world.

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_10]: Wrapped in plastic.

[00:06:09] [SPEAKER_10]: Barbie's making a huge comeback.

[00:06:11] [SPEAKER_03]: I know, I know.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, so, yeah, so the, the, yep, yep.

[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Baseball cards, I wouldn't expect that one.

[00:06:17] [SPEAKER_02]: That's cool.

[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_05]: You're such a nerd, Nancy-Ann.

[00:06:21] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm a nerd. I was a real tomboy.

[00:06:23] [SPEAKER_03]: And I love, yeah, I love baseball.

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, all of the trading, yeah, a lot of sports.

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_10]: What was your favorite card that you had?

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Well, I really wanted Pete Rose.

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:06:33] [SPEAKER_03]: I know that's weird to say now but

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_03]: back then-

[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Even back then he was a major player.

[00:06:38] [SPEAKER_05]: What happened to Pete Rose? Is he a bad person now?

[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.

[00:06:41] [SPEAKER_02]: He was caught a gambling

[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_02]: on baseball

[00:06:47] [SPEAKER_10]: and that's a little-

[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_10]: Kind of fixing games kind of thing.

[00:06:51] [SPEAKER_05]: I can't keep straight. A lot of the baseball players do weird things.

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, right? Technically he should be in the Hall of Fame

[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_02]: but they said no. So anyway.

[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, let's get back to it.

[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's talk acting origins.

[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Nancy-Ann, you went to the Duke Ellington School

[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_02]: in DC?

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Tell us about that because I know that's like a famous

[00:07:11] [SPEAKER_02]: like artistic

[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_02]: school.

[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I knew when I started acting

[00:07:17] [SPEAKER_03]: when I was nine doing theater

[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_03]: in DC and I knew for high school

[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_03]: I wanted to have

[00:07:23] [SPEAKER_03]: a more immersive acting experience

[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_03]: so it's called Duke Ellington School of the Arts

[00:07:27] [SPEAKER_03]: in Washington, DC

[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_03]: and we would have- it's like the

[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_03]: school in fame, the TV show fame

[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_03]: we would have our academics 830 to 1

[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_03]: and then 1 to 5 were all of our

[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_03]: different acting classes

[00:07:39] [SPEAKER_03]: and then we would have our rehearsals

[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_03]: and shows and I'm not a name

[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_03]: dropper but I'll drop a name.

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Drop it.

[00:07:46] [SPEAKER_10]: We want to hear all the names being dropped.

[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Dave Chappelle, the comedian

[00:07:51] [SPEAKER_03]: was my- we started- we did

[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_03]: the school from age 14

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_03]: to 18 at Duke Ellington

[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_03]: and we were- you become really close

[00:07:59] [SPEAKER_03]: so he became like a brother

[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_03]: sister but we did the whole

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_03]: program school together

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_03]: and it led to a lot of great professional

[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_03]: acting jobs for me and

[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_03]: That's awesome.

[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_03]: And for Dave, we called Dave David

[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_03]: but it sent him on his way

[00:08:15] [SPEAKER_03]: but yeah, I was really happy

[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_02]: with the school. I heard he got into comedy.

[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he actually was doing

[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_03]: his professional comedy at age 14

[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_03]: in DC. I know that's crazy.

[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_03]: It's nuts. I mean like you know

[00:08:26] [SPEAKER_10]: famously recently they tried to

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_10]: rename the performance

[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_10]: Art Center after him and he-

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_03]: The theater with the school was going to stay the same

[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Duke Ellington School of the Arts

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_03]: but the theater he turned it down

[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_10]: because he wanted it to be

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_10]: he wanted the legacy not to change

[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_10]: and not be something named after him.

[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_10]: I thought that was actually pretty honorable.

[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah. That's awesome.

[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Alright, Leonora. Yes.

[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Hollywood. You kind of grew up

[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_02]: in Hollywood or- Yeah

[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Is this- can people hear me? They can hear me.

[00:08:56] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes. Yes.

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_05]: Do you want me to elaborate?

[00:09:00] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, absolutely. I'm just like your family.

[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, what if you were just like, yes.

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_10]: Because you're- you come from on family

[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_10]: of actors right? So like kind of-

[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_05]: The most famous person in my family

[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_05]: is definitely was my grandfather

[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_05]: because he ran Universal Studios

[00:09:15] [SPEAKER_05]: Right. For 30 years

[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_05]: with Lou Wasserman

[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_05]: and Cas Bonanza and Gunsmoke and all of that.

[00:09:21] [SPEAKER_05]: Wow. And then my grandmother

[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_05]: did all the Roy Roger movies

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_05]: and

[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_05]: my- does anyone even know

[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_05]: who Roy Rogers is in this crowd?

[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. There should be enough here.

[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_05]: Kenny Edwards

[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_05]: and then my mom

[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_05]: she was an actress too.

[00:09:38] [SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, I grew up in-

[00:09:39] [SPEAKER_10]: Did that make you want to be an actor

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_10]: or were you just kind of like, oh I'm going to fall into it?

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_05]: I've done a lot of thinking about it.

[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_05]: It

[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_05]: it felt like it was the law

[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_05]: like I had to

[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_05]: and I would- I don't even know if I really

[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_05]: loved acting. I just-

[00:09:55] [SPEAKER_05]: my mom, my grandmother, I thought

[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_05]: that's what I'm supposed to do. So I didn't

[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_05]: think much about it.

[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_10]: And that's kind of like why I wrote that question

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_10]: because it's kind of like, you know, I was curious.

[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_10]: The family business. Yeah, like

[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_10]: did you want to act because your family

[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_05]: was actors? Actually a lot of my-

[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_05]: I was just in Oregon with all my family.

[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_05]: Oregon, Ben, we did a vacation family thing.

[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_05]: We went river rafting and

[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_05]: all my sisters, I have a lot of sisters

[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_05]: but all my sisters are producers. They produce

[00:10:20] [SPEAKER_05]: commercials and I think if you

[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_05]: grow up in Los Angeles you kind of

[00:10:24] [SPEAKER_05]: and then my dad owned a very famous restaurant

[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_05]: in Malibu on the pier

[00:10:30] [SPEAKER_05]: called Alice's Restaurant

[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_05]: and they used to shoot like Dynasty

[00:10:32] [SPEAKER_05]: and the Flamingo kid was shot

[00:10:35] [SPEAKER_05]: there in Dallas and every- because

[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_05]: it was the Malibu pier. So it

[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_05]: just seemed normal. Now

[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_05]: that I don't live, you know

[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_05]: that I've lived so long

[00:10:46] [SPEAKER_05]: it's not normal

[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_05]: but to me

[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_05]: and our family it just seemed- like I went to

[00:10:51] [SPEAKER_05]: school with Goldie Hans kids. I see

[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_05]: Goldie Hans, Chris Chris Offerson

[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_05]: would sing in my little school thing. It just

[00:10:57] [SPEAKER_05]: seemed normal that everybody was

[00:10:59] [SPEAKER_05]: an actor. Like

[00:11:01] [SPEAKER_05]: Steve McQueen used to bounce me on his

[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_05]: lap when I was four years old at my dad's

[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_05]: bar while he was getting drunk. This

[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_05]: all seemed very normal. I mean I have a

[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_05]: million stories like that.

[00:11:11] [SPEAKER_05]: I love those Hollywood type stories.

[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't know.

[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_05]: Sylvester Stallone, we were best

[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_05]: friends with his kids, Sage,

[00:11:19] [SPEAKER_05]: Me, Russ and Peace but none

[00:11:21] [SPEAKER_05]: of this seemed abnormal. Like we would

[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_05]: go over to Rocky's house to be like

[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_05]: by the way he's really short

[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_05]: but yeah

[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_05]: I mean I have so many

[00:11:30] [SPEAKER_05]: stories like that but it just seems like

[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm bragging

[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_05]: but I'm not bragging. That was

[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_05]: my childhood

[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I became

[00:11:40] [SPEAKER_05]: really good friends with Jamie Lee Curtis

[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_05]: because she was in the

[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Palisades. The scream queen herself

[00:11:46] [SPEAKER_05]: But just like what

[00:11:48] [SPEAKER_05]: she said with Dave Chappelle, that's one of

[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_05]: her best friends. To other

[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_05]: people that's like oh my god

[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_05]: but to us it seemed

[00:11:56] [SPEAKER_05]: very normal.

[00:11:58] [SPEAKER_10]: Right.

[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_10]: So wasn't one of your first appearances on MTV?

[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_10]: What? Wasn't one of your first

[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_10]: appearances on MTV? How did you know that?

[00:12:07] [SPEAKER_10]: I do a lot of research.

[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes

[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I did John Stewart's

[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_05]: show. I played his blind date

[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_05]: and then we actually ended up dating.

[00:12:17] [SPEAKER_10]: Wait what? You dated John Stewart?

[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_10]: She did! That's awesome.

[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_03]: That's

[00:12:22] [SPEAKER_05]: interesting. He dated

[00:12:24] [SPEAKER_05]: her. Yeah exactly. He dated

[00:12:26] [SPEAKER_05]: Leonora.

[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_05]: That's another thing. You become famous

[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_05]: not famous but who you date

[00:12:31] [SPEAKER_05]: is famous. Right.

[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_02]: That's awesome. That's crazy.

[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_02]: I can ask so many more questions

[00:12:38] [SPEAKER_02]: but let's keep going. So Nancy Ann

[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_02]: tell us about your acting

[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_02]: like beginnings

[00:12:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. What was

[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well

[00:12:48] [SPEAKER_03]: I grew up

[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_03]: in Washington DC

[00:12:50] [SPEAKER_03]: is a great theater community

[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_03]: so I'm still

[00:12:53] [SPEAKER_03]: if you all ever IMDb

[00:12:56] [SPEAKER_03]: me it's embarrassing because

[00:12:58] [SPEAKER_03]: all of my

[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_03]: professional theater

[00:13:01] [SPEAKER_03]: credits I've done a lot of

[00:13:04] [SPEAKER_03]: really fun plays at the

[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_03]: Kennedy Center and really wonderful theaters

[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_03]: but none of that

[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_03]: goes on IMDb.

[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_03]: So I have a lot of

[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_03]: TV writer friends in LA

[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_03]: and they're like you get a part

[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_03]: in a movie like every five years

[00:13:19] [SPEAKER_03]: they're like well what a great career

[00:13:21] [SPEAKER_03]: which I love being made

[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_03]: fun of. But no

[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_03]: I grew up doing professional theater my whole

[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_03]: life and Scream was my first

[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_03]: on screen right? Scream was

[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_03]: my first

[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_03]: movie. Oh it was your first.

[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_03]: And I was so because

[00:13:37] [SPEAKER_03]: coming from the theater I never had

[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_03]: auditioned for a movie

[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_03]: and West Craven

[00:13:44] [SPEAKER_03]: how that all happened

[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_03]: was actually a really fun

[00:13:48] [SPEAKER_03]: story but well

[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_03]: I'll tell just really briefly

[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean

[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Do you have a few hours? No no no

[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_10]: We do actually so

[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_03]: She has good stories. No no

[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_03]: it's super fast. So my friend

[00:14:02] [SPEAKER_03]: at the time was West Craven's assistant Julie Pleck

[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_03]: and she called me

[00:14:06] [SPEAKER_03]: I just had moved to LA and she called

[00:14:07] [SPEAKER_03]: and she goes Nancy Ann how tall are you

[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_03]: and I said I'm five seven

[00:14:11] [SPEAKER_03]: and she said that's perfect. She said

[00:14:13] [SPEAKER_03]: West Craven's screen testing

[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_03]: five actresses for the part

[00:14:17] [SPEAKER_03]: of Sydney. This is a good story.

[00:14:19] [SPEAKER_03]: And the average height of the five girls

[00:14:21] [SPEAKER_03]: is five seven and would I be

[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_03]: the stand in for Sydney

[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_03]: on this screen test day

[00:14:28] [SPEAKER_03]: so that

[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_03]: West Craven could

[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_03]: he was having the

[00:14:33] [SPEAKER_03]: five girls the five girls that day

[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_03]: were Nev Campbell, Brittany Murphy

[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_03]: may she rest in peace

[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_03]: She was

[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_03]: she was actually really good on the

[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_03]: audition day. Amazing actress.

[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_03]: They thought she was too young looking

[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_03]: but her audition was really kick ass

[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_03]: A.J. Langer

[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_03]: from my so-called life

[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_03]: she played Claire Danes' best friend

[00:14:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Megan Ward

[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_03]: she played Bailey's first girlfriend

[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_03]: on party of five

[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_03]: and in Joe's apartment

[00:15:02] [SPEAKER_03]: opposite Jeri Khan on

[00:15:04] [SPEAKER_03]: the fifth girl was Alicia Witt

[00:15:07] [SPEAKER_03]: redhead girl

[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_03]: there's a lot more to this story

[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_03]: that I can't say

[00:15:12] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not trying to be

[00:15:13] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not trying to be weird

[00:15:16] [SPEAKER_03]: like secretive but anyways

[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_03]: so he had

[00:15:21] [SPEAKER_03]: each girl, Nev

[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Campbell was obviously there that day

[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_03]: they each did

[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_03]: two of the scenes twice so the scene

[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_03]: where Billy crawls through the window

[00:15:30] [SPEAKER_03]: and she's got the little

[00:15:32] [SPEAKER_03]: nightgown on and then the second scene

[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_03]: was when the killer calls her

[00:15:36] [SPEAKER_03]: so West hadn't needed me the whole

[00:15:38] [SPEAKER_03]: day

[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_03]: and then halfway through the day West Craven turned around

[00:15:42] [SPEAKER_03]: he's like do you know the lines to the two scenes

[00:15:44] [SPEAKER_03]: and because I'd been watching the girls

[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_03]: I knew the lines

[00:15:47] [SPEAKER_03]: so he had me

[00:15:49] [SPEAKER_03]: if I remember correctly

[00:15:52] [SPEAKER_03]: the guy who played Skeet's part

[00:15:54] [SPEAKER_03]: on that day

[00:15:55] [SPEAKER_03]: is the guy who played Drew Barrymore's

[00:15:58] [SPEAKER_03]: boyfriend who gets gutted by the swimming pool

[00:16:01] [SPEAKER_10]: oh yeah

[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_03]: if I remember that correctly but anyways

[00:16:04] [SPEAKER_03]: I did both scenes

[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_03]: and played them through

[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_03]: as Sydney and West Craven

[00:16:10] [SPEAKER_03]: be lined up to me and he put his hand out

[00:16:12] [SPEAKER_03]: and he goes that was excellent

[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_03]: and he goes have a read for one of the bathroom girls

[00:16:17] [SPEAKER_03]: and at that point

[00:16:18] [SPEAKER_03]: the casting director came running over

[00:16:20] [SPEAKER_03]: and initially I read for the cheerleader

[00:16:22] [SPEAKER_03]: which of course I would be

[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_03]: horrible Leonora's

[00:16:26] [SPEAKER_03]: you would not

[00:16:27] [SPEAKER_03]: it was the worst audition I've ever given

[00:16:30] [SPEAKER_03]: but she was perfect

[00:16:32] [SPEAKER_03]: so when they called

[00:16:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonora is perfect as cheerleader

[00:16:35] [SPEAKER_03]: so when they called to say what I play the girl in bathroom

[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_03]: I was like let me check

[00:16:39] [SPEAKER_03]: let me call my agent first

[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_03]: and I was like yes

[00:16:44] [SPEAKER_03]: so yeah

[00:16:45] [SPEAKER_03]: now doing move

[00:16:46] [SPEAKER_03]: we're acting again

[00:16:48] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm acting again Leonora and I

[00:16:50] [SPEAKER_03]: have just done two movies together

[00:16:54] [SPEAKER_03]: as did not playing

[00:16:55] [SPEAKER_03]: our bathroom girl characters

[00:16:57] [SPEAKER_03]: but we're really excited about those two movies

[00:16:59] [SPEAKER_03]: we are, yeah I am

[00:17:00] [SPEAKER_03]: and then so I got out of a bad marriage

[00:17:03] [SPEAKER_03]: so I hadn't been acting in a long time

[00:17:05] [SPEAKER_03]: so

[00:17:06] [SPEAKER_03]: now I'll act till the day I

[00:17:09] [SPEAKER_03]: keel over and die

[00:17:10] [SPEAKER_07]: get back on the horse

[00:17:12] [SPEAKER_05]: we just got back from Georgia

[00:17:15] [SPEAKER_05]: like three weeks ago

[00:17:16] [SPEAKER_05]: we did the movie called The Woodman

[00:17:19] [SPEAKER_05]: and the producer is here

[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_05]: oh that's a good one

[00:17:21] [SPEAKER_05]: but and then we did the

[00:17:24] [SPEAKER_05]: yeah so everybody has to watch The Woodman

[00:17:27] [SPEAKER_05]: whoo

[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_10]: shout out to The Woodman

[00:17:30] [SPEAKER_10]: guys get a round of applause for that

[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_05]: it's a horror movie

[00:17:33] [SPEAKER_10]: when can we expect The Woodman

[00:17:36] [SPEAKER_05]: when can we expect The Woodman

[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't hear it

[00:17:42] [SPEAKER_10]: we gotta get your information later man

[00:17:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonora and I play lovers

[00:17:47] [SPEAKER_03]: in The Woodman

[00:17:48] [SPEAKER_03]: lovers yes

[00:17:49] [SPEAKER_03]: yes we do

[00:17:50] [SPEAKER_10]: we gotta get your information later man

[00:17:51] [SPEAKER_10]: we got a horror podcast that we

[00:17:53] [SPEAKER_05]: it was so amazing

[00:17:54] [SPEAKER_05]: the location in itself was scary

[00:17:58] [SPEAKER_05]: like in the woods in Georgia

[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_03]: and then I'll just

[00:18:02] [SPEAKER_03]: it was gorgeous though

[00:18:03] [SPEAKER_03]: and then I want Leonora to talk

[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_03]: the other movie she and I are in

[00:18:06] [SPEAKER_03]: is set in a mental institution

[00:18:08] [SPEAKER_03]: and Leonora

[00:18:10] [SPEAKER_03]: like it's a really fun got a great cast

[00:18:13] [SPEAKER_03]: and Leonora and I

[00:18:15] [SPEAKER_03]: have big parts in that movie

[00:18:16] [SPEAKER_03]: so and that's called Girl 2

[00:18:18] [SPEAKER_03]: with a Playboy center fold

[00:18:20] [SPEAKER_03]: is one of the lead

[00:18:21] [SPEAKER_05]: how do you I get stabbed in the back

[00:18:25] [SPEAKER_10]: whoa spoiler alert

[00:18:26] [SPEAKER_05]: she's hilarious in the movie

[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_05]: Leonora is hilarious

[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_10]: there's a knife in my back

[00:18:31] [SPEAKER_05]: she's my biggest fan I don't think I'm that funny

[00:18:34] [SPEAKER_05]: but she says I am

[00:18:36] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna take it

[00:18:38] [SPEAKER_05]: do you have the same agent

[00:18:39] [SPEAKER_02]: do you have the same agent

[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_02]: well we get offered

[00:18:43] [SPEAKER_05]: now that she started doing the conventions

[00:18:45] [SPEAKER_05]: first and then I started

[00:18:47] [SPEAKER_05]: doing them when she said how fun they were

[00:18:50] [SPEAKER_05]: and now we just get offered parts

[00:18:51] [SPEAKER_05]: all the time so if anybody

[00:18:53] [SPEAKER_05]: is shooting a horror film

[00:18:56] [SPEAKER_05]: it's up to our standards

[00:18:59] [SPEAKER_05]: but no we don't have to audition

[00:19:01] [SPEAKER_05]: for these parts because we're so

[00:19:03] [SPEAKER_05]: famous

[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm the girl in bathroom

[00:19:07] [SPEAKER_05]: and she's the cheerleader

[00:19:09] [SPEAKER_05]: no but I mean the independent horror people

[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_05]: it's smart to have somebody

[00:19:13] [SPEAKER_05]: recognizable faces

[00:19:14] [SPEAKER_10]: there's already chemistry there too so that's probably

[00:19:17] [SPEAKER_05]: why we don't have to do every movie together

[00:19:19] [SPEAKER_05]: but everyone just wants us

[00:19:21] [SPEAKER_05]: together

[00:19:24] [SPEAKER_05]: we've been having a lot of fun

[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_05]: and we're both very grateful

[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_05]: we've done two horror films

[00:19:29] [SPEAKER_05]: in the first year of us doing conventions

[00:19:31] [SPEAKER_05]: we've already done two horror films

[00:19:33] [SPEAKER_10]: that's awesome

[00:19:34] [SPEAKER_05]: you're a little over a year

[00:19:35] [SPEAKER_05]: but yeah

[00:19:37] [SPEAKER_10]: so I mean we just got Nancy Ann's

[00:19:40] [SPEAKER_10]: audition story

[00:19:41] [SPEAKER_10]: was yours just a standard audition

[00:19:44] [SPEAKER_05]: no mine was not

[00:19:45] [SPEAKER_05]: mine I feel like I've told

[00:19:47] [SPEAKER_05]: this story before but I

[00:19:49] [SPEAKER_05]: tell it tell it tell it

[00:19:51] [SPEAKER_05]: everybody has it wrong

[00:19:53] [SPEAKER_05]: okay I won't get into the skeet thing

[00:19:55] [SPEAKER_05]: okay well skeet and I were together

[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_05]: you see it so that they know

[00:19:59] [SPEAKER_05]: okay because the story is not

[00:20:00] [SPEAKER_05]: skeet did not get me in discreet

[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_05]: actually it's the

[00:20:05] [SPEAKER_05]: he okay I auditioned

[00:20:07] [SPEAKER_05]: for Nev Campbell's role

[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_05]: and Wes Craven

[00:20:11] [SPEAKER_05]: and him and I got very close

[00:20:13] [SPEAKER_05]: like not very close but close

[00:20:14] [SPEAKER_05]: he wanted me for the lead but he said

[00:20:17] [SPEAKER_05]: that Merrimack said

[00:20:19] [SPEAKER_05]: that I wasn't a name so I wasn't

[00:20:21] [SPEAKER_05]: famous enough to play the

[00:20:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Nev Campbell part so he just

[00:20:25] [SPEAKER_05]: gave me the cheerleader part I didn't

[00:20:27] [SPEAKER_05]: audition for that oh wow

[00:20:28] [SPEAKER_05]: maybe if I had auditioned for it

[00:20:31] [SPEAKER_05]: I wouldn't have gotten it because I honestly

[00:20:33] [SPEAKER_05]: think it's kind of a hard part

[00:20:35] [SPEAKER_05]: and Kevin Williamson

[00:20:37] [SPEAKER_05]: most Scream fans know this

[00:20:39] [SPEAKER_05]: he wrote our bathroom scene

[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_05]: first and that's how

[00:20:43] [SPEAKER_05]: he sold Scream

[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_05]: and it kind of set the tone for the movie

[00:20:47] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm glad I didn't know any

[00:20:49] [SPEAKER_05]: of that because

[00:20:51] [SPEAKER_05]: when Wes gave me the part it's actually

[00:20:53] [SPEAKER_05]: very intimidating monologue

[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_05]: and so yeah

[00:20:57] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm glad that I didn't

[00:20:59] [SPEAKER_05]: have to audition for it. Talking smack about

[00:21:01] [SPEAKER_10]: Maureen Prescott? Well

[00:21:03] [SPEAKER_05]: as an actor though Nancy Ann knows

[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if you've ever acted monologues

[00:21:07] [SPEAKER_05]: are not easy and

[00:21:09] [SPEAKER_05]: they can come out sounding

[00:21:11] [SPEAKER_05]: very canned and rehearsed

[00:21:14] [SPEAKER_05]: and I was nervous

[00:21:16] [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't want it to

[00:21:17] [SPEAKER_05]: be that way and so

[00:21:18] [SPEAKER_05]: Wes Craven

[00:21:21] [SPEAKER_05]: should I wrap it up? No no you're fine

[00:21:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Wes Craven he allowed

[00:21:25] [SPEAKER_05]: me on set

[00:21:27] [SPEAKER_05]: to do the monologue

[00:21:29] [SPEAKER_05]: over and over again until I felt like

[00:21:31] [SPEAKER_05]: I nailed it and that's

[00:21:33] [SPEAKER_05]: when you got like that

[00:21:34] [SPEAKER_05]: none of that was planned I just did it

[00:21:37] [SPEAKER_05]: it was like the third take

[00:21:39] [SPEAKER_05]: so yeah

[00:21:40] [SPEAKER_02]: That's very interesting

[00:21:42] [SPEAKER_03]: I thought she knocked

[00:21:44] [SPEAKER_03]: that monologue out of the park

[00:21:47] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not just saying that because she's sitting here

[00:21:49] [SPEAKER_03]: but just any time I watch that

[00:21:51] [SPEAKER_03]: scene seriously

[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_03]: I always just it blows me away

[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_03]: what Leonora came up with

[00:21:57] [SPEAKER_03]: just in the moment

[00:21:59] [SPEAKER_03]: I just think it's amazing

[00:22:01] [SPEAKER_05]: There's not many things and I thought Nancy Ann

[00:22:03] [SPEAKER_05]: was like all her reactions

[00:22:04] [SPEAKER_05]: off me made it more powerful

[00:22:06] [SPEAKER_05]: there's not many things in life that come out

[00:22:08] [SPEAKER_05]: like in my mind perfect

[00:22:10] [SPEAKER_05]: for me that was a perfect

[00:22:12] [SPEAKER_05]: experience. Right

[00:22:14] [SPEAKER_02]: It's awesome. Right? No

[00:22:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Just give me my one

[00:22:18] [SPEAKER_05]: minute of like a perfect

[00:22:20] [SPEAKER_05]: life experience would be that

[00:22:22] [SPEAKER_05]: it just everything works

[00:22:24] [SPEAKER_05]: she worked West Craven clapped

[00:22:26] [SPEAKER_05]: he loved it he ran up to us after

[00:22:28] [SPEAKER_05]: it was it was great. That's cool

[00:22:29] [SPEAKER_10]: Were you guys West Craven fans before

[00:22:32] [SPEAKER_10]: going into this? Obviously

[00:22:34] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes I think everybody

[00:22:36] [SPEAKER_05]: is a West Craven fan

[00:22:37] [SPEAKER_05]: and the good thing about West Craven

[00:22:39] [SPEAKER_05]: there are no bad stories about him

[00:22:41] [SPEAKER_05]: like you're not going to have a Harvey Weinstein

[00:22:43] [SPEAKER_05]: I mean he was as

[00:22:45] [SPEAKER_05]: legit as it comes

[00:22:47] [SPEAKER_05]: such a great director so generous

[00:22:49] [SPEAKER_05]: so good to all of the actors

[00:22:52] [SPEAKER_05]: I wish he was still alive

[00:22:53] [SPEAKER_05]: they don't make it like him like

[00:22:55] [SPEAKER_05]: they don't make people like that anymore

[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_05]: forget about just director

[00:22:58] [SPEAKER_02]: I've heard that about him

[00:22:59] [SPEAKER_02]: You won't hear a bad thing about West Craven

[00:23:03] [SPEAKER_03]: No ego

[00:23:04] [SPEAKER_03]: so gentle

[00:23:06] [SPEAKER_03]: he knew that I came from

[00:23:09] [SPEAKER_03]: had come from the theater and

[00:23:11] [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if in the bathroom scene

[00:23:13] [SPEAKER_03]: like he knew I liked tough love

[00:23:15] [SPEAKER_03]: kind of like being cheeky

[00:23:17] [SPEAKER_03]: and when he first did my close up

[00:23:19] [SPEAKER_03]: in the scene he came in

[00:23:21] [SPEAKER_03]: he goes Nancy Ann you look grotesque

[00:23:23] [SPEAKER_03]: he goes and he had a little

[00:23:25] [SPEAKER_03]: smile on his face and he goes it looks like

[00:23:27] [SPEAKER_03]: you're playing to a Broadway theater of like

[00:23:28] [SPEAKER_03]: a thousand people and I knew exactly

[00:23:30] [SPEAKER_03]: what he meant but he just was

[00:23:33] [SPEAKER_03]: so just charming

[00:23:35] [SPEAKER_03]: and so good for her

[00:23:37] [SPEAKER_03]: she did exactly

[00:23:38] [SPEAKER_03]: he knew how to work with each individual

[00:23:40] [SPEAKER_03]: and he just kept saying shave it, shave it,

[00:23:43] [SPEAKER_03]: shave it and it was exactly

[00:23:44] [SPEAKER_03]: he knew the exact right thing to say

[00:23:47] [SPEAKER_05]: it's the truth because my first film

[00:23:49] [SPEAKER_05]: I

[00:23:49] [SPEAKER_05]: the director came up to me too

[00:23:52] [SPEAKER_05]: and said you need to like tone it down

[00:23:54] [SPEAKER_05]: because theater, in theater we're supposed to

[00:23:56] [SPEAKER_05]: go to the back of the room

[00:23:58] [SPEAKER_05]: so yeah that was good then

[00:24:00] [SPEAKER_05]: you were able to make that adjustment

[00:24:02] [SPEAKER_05]: because with film you don't have

[00:24:05] [SPEAKER_05]: to do that much which is why Neve Campbell

[00:24:07] [SPEAKER_05]: is so good

[00:24:08] [SPEAKER_05]: everything is just in her face

[00:24:10] [SPEAKER_05]: it just catches every little

[00:24:12] [SPEAKER_05]: tiny nuance the camera does

[00:24:14] [SPEAKER_05]: and if you know that as an actor

[00:24:16] [SPEAKER_05]: you will never overact

[00:24:18] [SPEAKER_05]: and you will have such a better intimacy with the camera

[00:24:22] [SPEAKER_05]: for all you actors out there

[00:24:24] [SPEAKER_05]: because I know there's some of you that want to be actors

[00:24:26] [SPEAKER_10]: it's like

[00:24:27] [SPEAKER_05]: a young girl Maddie I think

[00:24:29] [SPEAKER_05]: who came up to

[00:24:30] [SPEAKER_05]: she wants to be an actress

[00:24:32] [SPEAKER_10]: I was saying I always point out Tom Hardy

[00:24:34] [SPEAKER_10]: I always point out Tom Hardy

[00:24:36] [SPEAKER_10]: the guy can act in his face

[00:24:38] [SPEAKER_10]: without saying a line and you already know what he's going to say

[00:24:42] [SPEAKER_05]: that's what makes the movie

[00:24:43] [SPEAKER_05]: star

[00:24:46] [SPEAKER_05]: in my humble opinion

[00:24:49] [SPEAKER_10]: so do you guys have any fun stories

[00:24:51] [SPEAKER_10]: from set like specifically

[00:24:53] [SPEAKER_10]: ones that you guys remember

[00:24:55] [SPEAKER_05]: she does she's a really good storyteller

[00:24:57] [SPEAKER_05]: take it away Nancy

[00:24:58] [SPEAKER_03]: I have to remember this is a family

[00:25:02] [SPEAKER_03]: family friendly

[00:25:03] [SPEAKER_10]: so save some of them for the show then

[00:25:05] [SPEAKER_10]: for the podcast

[00:25:07] [SPEAKER_03]: there was a lot of fun partying

[00:25:10] [SPEAKER_03]: I will say

[00:25:11] [SPEAKER_03]: we shot up in Santa Rosa

[00:25:14] [SPEAKER_03]: in the Sonoma wine country

[00:25:16] [SPEAKER_03]: where's from

[00:25:17] [SPEAKER_03]: I never had been so beautiful

[00:25:20] [SPEAKER_03]: probably I know Leonora has so many

[00:25:22] [SPEAKER_03]: amazing memories

[00:25:24] [SPEAKER_03]: a memory for me

[00:25:26] [SPEAKER_03]: was the rap party

[00:25:27] [SPEAKER_03]: after they finished shooting

[00:25:30] [SPEAKER_03]: up in Santa Rosa

[00:25:31] [SPEAKER_03]: the cast and crew get together

[00:25:33] [SPEAKER_03]: and

[00:25:35] [SPEAKER_03]: it was

[00:25:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonora

[00:25:39] [SPEAKER_03]: I came alone

[00:25:40] [SPEAKER_03]: to the party and Leonora

[00:25:42] [SPEAKER_03]: like oh gosh Leonora

[00:25:44] [SPEAKER_03]: was friends with because she was with

[00:25:46] [SPEAKER_03]: okay that's a long story

[00:25:48] [SPEAKER_03]: but anyways Skete and I lived together

[00:25:50] [SPEAKER_03]: she

[00:25:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Skete was lucky enough to be

[00:25:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonora's boyfriend

[00:25:56] [SPEAKER_03]: for a long time

[00:25:58] [SPEAKER_03]: but anyways Leonora included me

[00:26:00] [SPEAKER_03]: with all of her

[00:26:03] [SPEAKER_03]: and Skete and the main cast

[00:26:04] [SPEAKER_03]: and I because I never had been

[00:26:06] [SPEAKER_03]: in a

[00:26:08] [SPEAKER_03]: party atmosphere like that

[00:26:10] [SPEAKER_03]: we danced

[00:26:12] [SPEAKER_03]: and Courtney Cox is a really good drummer

[00:26:15] [SPEAKER_03]: she put her hair in a ponytail

[00:26:16] [SPEAKER_03]: and was really good on the drums

[00:26:17] [SPEAKER_03]: and I was like you were really awesome

[00:26:19] [SPEAKER_03]: and she said no I was really off my game tonight

[00:26:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Courtney Cox

[00:26:23] [SPEAKER_03]: is so nice

[00:26:26] [SPEAKER_05]: in my trailer

[00:26:28] [SPEAKER_05]: there was a knock

[00:26:29] [SPEAKER_05]: on my trailer door

[00:26:31] [SPEAKER_05]: and I opened it up

[00:26:33] [SPEAKER_05]: and guess who it was

[00:26:34] [SPEAKER_05]: Courtney Cox she legit sat with me

[00:26:37] [SPEAKER_05]: in the trailer for over four hours

[00:26:39] [SPEAKER_05]: just talking and I guess you could say

[00:26:41] [SPEAKER_05]: I was a no-bud I mean you know

[00:26:42] [SPEAKER_05]: not a nobody but like I wasn't

[00:26:45] [SPEAKER_05]: she's like that with everybody

[00:26:47] [SPEAKER_05]: she just sat with me

[00:26:49] [SPEAKER_10]: she was already on friends at that point

[00:26:50] [SPEAKER_05]: for over four she's actually a good friend

[00:26:52] [SPEAKER_05]: and she invited me to the friends

[00:26:55] [SPEAKER_05]: set and I saw an episode of

[00:26:57] [SPEAKER_05]: Friends Be Shot too

[00:26:58] [SPEAKER_05]: she's a really nice person

[00:26:59] [SPEAKER_03]: just that rap party

[00:27:02] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not a

[00:27:04] [SPEAKER_03]: cigarette smoker but because

[00:27:06] [SPEAKER_03]: I had imbibed a lot of beverages that evening

[00:27:09] [SPEAKER_03]: Wes Craving

[00:27:10] [SPEAKER_03]: came up and he was like can I have a cigarette

[00:27:12] [SPEAKER_03]: Nancy Ann and I looked down

[00:27:13] [SPEAKER_03]: and I was in my head I was like how do I have this pack

[00:27:16] [SPEAKER_03]: of smokes in my hand

[00:27:17] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not a smoker but I had enjoyed a lot

[00:27:20] [SPEAKER_03]: of adult beverages so I was like

[00:27:22] [SPEAKER_03]: okay Wes sure and I handed him a cigarette

[00:27:24] [SPEAKER_03]: and we were all back

[00:27:26] [SPEAKER_03]: after the party in a hotel

[00:27:27] [SPEAKER_03]: room and like the cast

[00:27:29] [SPEAKER_03]: and crew squeezed in together it felt like

[00:27:31] [SPEAKER_03]: a big family

[00:27:33] [SPEAKER_03]: and Leonora was much bigger part

[00:27:35] [SPEAKER_03]: of that family but it was just

[00:27:37] [SPEAKER_03]: um it was just a magical

[00:27:40] [SPEAKER_03]: first experience for me

[00:27:42] [SPEAKER_03]: as far as being in a movie

[00:27:44] [SPEAKER_10]: that's awesome because you felt welcome

[00:27:45] [SPEAKER_10]: I'm assuming like you just felt like you were a part

[00:27:47] [SPEAKER_10]: of the family with that yeah well she

[00:27:49] [SPEAKER_03]: it was really thanks to Leonora

[00:27:51] [SPEAKER_03]: making me feel comfortable

[00:27:54] [SPEAKER_03]: and embraced

[00:27:55] [SPEAKER_03]: with the whole experience

[00:27:57] [SPEAKER_02]: and if you want the R rated stories

[00:28:00] [SPEAKER_02]: drop by their tables

[00:28:01] [SPEAKER_02]: get an autograph

[00:28:02] [SPEAKER_02]: get a autograph

[00:28:04] [SPEAKER_03]: what we do give the R rated stories like

[00:28:07] [SPEAKER_03]: if we do their distance nerding

[00:28:09] [SPEAKER_03]: podcast any of our youtube interviews

[00:28:12] [SPEAKER_03]: and shows we get really

[00:28:14] [SPEAKER_03]: in C17

[00:28:15] [SPEAKER_10]: yeah if you want it

[00:28:17] [SPEAKER_10]: if you want to hear the uncensored version

[00:28:20] [SPEAKER_10]: will announce when she's going to be on the show

[00:28:22] [SPEAKER_10]: just come and come and watch the show

[00:28:23] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm not very censored I don't have that

[00:28:25] [SPEAKER_05]: any bad stories

[00:28:27] [SPEAKER_05]: we had a great cast in our west Craven's

[00:28:29] [SPEAKER_05]: house uh with Drew

[00:28:31] [SPEAKER_05]: and everybody that was really fun

[00:28:33] [SPEAKER_05]: I think it was a magical experience

[00:28:36] [SPEAKER_05]: for all of them like it was

[00:28:37] [SPEAKER_05]: a moment in time I think everybody

[00:28:40] [SPEAKER_05]: had a good experience there were

[00:28:41] [SPEAKER_05]: no divas you cannot say that very often

[00:28:44] [SPEAKER_02]: yeah exactly nowadays

[00:28:46] [SPEAKER_02]: especially nowadays real quick guys if anybody

[00:28:48] [SPEAKER_10]: has any questions

[00:28:50] [SPEAKER_10]: just start

[00:28:51] [SPEAKER_10]: kind of lining up in front of the mic right here

[00:28:53] [SPEAKER_10]: and we'll get some questions once we get

[00:28:55] [SPEAKER_10]: going I've got one more question before

[00:28:57] [SPEAKER_10]: we get into fan questions here

[00:28:58] [SPEAKER_10]: so Scream is making a resurgence right now right

[00:29:00] [SPEAKER_10]: like this huge resurgence

[00:29:03] [SPEAKER_10]: if they asked you guys to come back

[00:29:05] [SPEAKER_10]: and cameo yes

[00:29:07] [SPEAKER_02]: we want to the fans want it

[00:29:08] [SPEAKER_02]: even in different role

[00:29:10] [SPEAKER_05]: well the fans want it

[00:29:14] [SPEAKER_03]: we'd want to I mean personally I'd want us

[00:29:16] [SPEAKER_03]: to come back

[00:29:17] [SPEAKER_03]: as our characters

[00:29:19] [SPEAKER_03]: and I even joke like

[00:29:20] [SPEAKER_03]: if they make Scream 30

[00:29:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonora and I could be coming out of the bathroom

[00:29:24] [SPEAKER_03]: in our walkers or our wheelchairs

[00:29:27] [SPEAKER_03]: oh my gosh

[00:29:27] [SPEAKER_03]: or canes but no I think it would be fun

[00:29:30] [SPEAKER_03]: the fans have taught us how much

[00:29:32] [SPEAKER_03]: they love legacy characters

[00:29:35] [SPEAKER_03]: and I never knew I didn't

[00:29:37] [SPEAKER_03]: that I've learned so much from the

[00:29:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Scream lovers in the fan community

[00:29:41] [SPEAKER_05]: I think definitely we're going to be

[00:29:43] [SPEAKER_05]: in another one because we weren't killed

[00:29:44] [SPEAKER_05]: and like she said it was a very

[00:29:47] [SPEAKER_05]: small original cast in the first one

[00:29:49] [SPEAKER_05]: why not you know

[00:29:51] [SPEAKER_05]: capitalize it we're both still

[00:29:53] [SPEAKER_05]: young and beautiful

[00:29:55] [SPEAKER_02]: and that's what Scream is about

[00:29:56] [SPEAKER_02]: it's that like nostalgia

[00:29:58] [SPEAKER_02]: and like pulling things from its history

[00:30:00] [SPEAKER_02]: so yeah I'm pretty big into

[00:30:02] [SPEAKER_05]: manifesting and I'm

[00:30:04] [SPEAKER_05]: so many of the fans

[00:30:06] [SPEAKER_05]: constantly ask us are you

[00:30:08] [SPEAKER_05]: whatever are you Stacey's mom or I don't even know

[00:30:11] [SPEAKER_05]: they think I'm yes

[00:30:12] [SPEAKER_05]: we definitely want

[00:30:14] [SPEAKER_05]: to and we will do it

[00:30:16] [SPEAKER_03]: they're huge camps that

[00:30:18] [SPEAKER_03]: want Stacey's mom

[00:30:20] [SPEAKER_03]: to be Leonora or

[00:30:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Stacey's mom to be me

[00:30:24] [SPEAKER_05]: it just seems like a no brainer to me

[00:30:26] [SPEAKER_05]: I think it's definitely going to

[00:30:28] [SPEAKER_05]: happen like 100%

[00:30:30] [SPEAKER_02]: yeah tie it all together

[00:30:32] [SPEAKER_10]: alright so let's get some audience questions here

[00:30:34] [SPEAKER_10]: go ahead and come up introduce yourself

[00:30:36] [SPEAKER_10]: you got to touch demon to the mic

[00:30:38] [SPEAKER_10]: so we can hear you

[00:30:39] [SPEAKER_05]: hold on I'm videoing you

[00:30:40] [SPEAKER_05]: okay I'm ready

[00:30:42] [SPEAKER_06]: hello I'm Hector obviously we already

[00:30:44] [SPEAKER_06]: met with your signature which I'm very happy for

[00:30:46] [SPEAKER_06]: thank you

[00:30:49] [SPEAKER_06]: so as the question goes

[00:30:51] [SPEAKER_06]: would you do another Scream film again

[00:30:52] [SPEAKER_05]: wait I can't do this

[00:30:54] [SPEAKER_06]: what? another Scream film again

[00:30:57] [SPEAKER_05]: what?

[00:30:58] [SPEAKER_05]: can someone ask me would you do another Scream

[00:31:00] [SPEAKER_06]: yeah we're going to face it

[00:31:01] [SPEAKER_05]: of course I would do another Scream

[00:31:04] [SPEAKER_05]: yes absolutely would you watch me in another

[00:31:07] [SPEAKER_05]: Scream? yes oh finally it's working

[00:31:09] [SPEAKER_05]: oh now it's working

[00:31:11] [SPEAKER_05]: yes so let's do it

[00:31:12] [SPEAKER_05]: let's make it happen

[00:31:14] [SPEAKER_05]: thank you

[00:31:17] [SPEAKER_05]: now it finally works

[00:31:20] [SPEAKER_05]: hello Silver Comic Con

[00:31:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Silver Age Comic Con

[00:31:24] [SPEAKER_01]: alright

[00:31:24] [SPEAKER_01]: hello my name is Anthony Cabrera

[00:31:27] [SPEAKER_01]: and I just had a question

[00:31:28] [SPEAKER_01]: when it comes to the movie industry

[00:31:30] [SPEAKER_01]: do you think Reno

[00:31:32] [SPEAKER_01]: is a potential new city that could

[00:31:34] [SPEAKER_01]: be inviting to new movies

[00:31:36] [SPEAKER_01]: because I know there's a lot of

[00:31:38] [SPEAKER_01]: different areas like New York

[00:31:40] [SPEAKER_01]: and LA is just going all over the place

[00:31:42] [SPEAKER_01]: internationally do you think Reno has potential

[00:31:44] [SPEAKER_01]: to actually

[00:31:46] [SPEAKER_01]: become the new

[00:31:49] [SPEAKER_01]: site for movies

[00:31:51] [SPEAKER_05]: do we think that

[00:31:52] [SPEAKER_05]: Reno has the potential

[00:31:54] [SPEAKER_05]: to be a site to shoot movies

[00:31:57] [SPEAKER_05]: yes absolutely

[00:31:58] [SPEAKER_05]: but I hear there's a lot of red tape here

[00:32:00] [SPEAKER_05]: so I don't know

[00:32:02] [SPEAKER_05]: I mean looks wise

[00:32:04] [SPEAKER_05]: definitely

[00:32:05] [SPEAKER_05]: but I don't know a lot about Reno

[00:32:07] [SPEAKER_05]: but I've heard

[00:32:09] [SPEAKER_05]: that

[00:32:11] [SPEAKER_02]: Reno is beautiful and it's got like

[00:32:13] [SPEAKER_02]: casinos old casinos outdoors

[00:32:15] [SPEAKER_05]: would you like that? the weather

[00:32:17] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah it's because I'm studying to become a film director

[00:32:19] [SPEAKER_01]: for Phil cell and I'm just trying to get all this

[00:32:22] [SPEAKER_01]: knowledge and hopefully bring people

[00:32:23] [SPEAKER_05]: well you know what you should do is that you should become

[00:32:25] [SPEAKER_05]: a famous film director from Reno

[00:32:27] [SPEAKER_05]: like Matthew McConaughey

[00:32:29] [SPEAKER_05]: is associated with Austin

[00:32:32] [SPEAKER_05]: and

[00:32:33] [SPEAKER_05]: maybe that's not a great example

[00:32:35] [SPEAKER_05]: Woody Allen with New York and another

[00:32:37] [SPEAKER_05]: not great example

[00:32:39] [SPEAKER_05]: but yes I mean

[00:32:41] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know any other film directors

[00:32:43] [SPEAKER_05]: from Reno so why don't you become

[00:32:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Greta Gerwig from Sacramento

[00:32:47] [SPEAKER_02]: oh yeah there you go

[00:32:49] [SPEAKER_05]: and put us in your movie

[00:32:50] [SPEAKER_02]: thank you so much you're welcome

[00:32:56] [SPEAKER_04]: my name is Sanjo

[00:32:58] [SPEAKER_04]: I had a question if you guys can say your lines again

[00:33:02] [SPEAKER_04]: I didn't catch that can you say one more time

[00:33:03] [SPEAKER_05]: he wants to know if we can say our lines again

[00:33:05] [SPEAKER_05]: my answer is come see us at the

[00:33:08] [SPEAKER_05]: table yeah there you go

[00:33:10] [SPEAKER_02]: there it is

[00:33:11] [SPEAKER_02]: there it is

[00:33:13] [SPEAKER_02]: any other questions? no if you got more

[00:33:15] [SPEAKER_02]: just let us know or visit them at their tables

[00:33:19] [SPEAKER_05]: maybe she's a slut

[00:33:20] [SPEAKER_05]: just like her mother

[00:33:21] [SPEAKER_05]: cut some slack she watched her mom get butchered

[00:33:24] [SPEAKER_05]: there you go sweetie

[00:33:25] [SPEAKER_02]: yeah that's awesome

[00:33:26] [SPEAKER_02]: that's awesome

[00:33:28] [SPEAKER_05]: I know her lines better than mine bubble butt boyfriend

[00:33:31] [SPEAKER_05]: Ricky Lake

[00:33:32] [SPEAKER_05]: where do you get this?

[00:33:34] [SPEAKER_05]: where do you get this shit?

[00:33:38] [SPEAKER_05]: although we have an

[00:33:39] [SPEAKER_05]: eight year old fan out here

[00:33:42] [SPEAKER_05]: Jagan

[00:33:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Jagan

[00:33:45] [SPEAKER_05]: Jagan, shout out to Jagan

[00:33:47] [SPEAKER_05]: and his mother lets him watch all of it

[00:33:49] [SPEAKER_05]: no judgment

[00:33:50] [SPEAKER_10]: I was in the horror when I was a kid so you have a question

[00:33:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Brittany give it up for Brittany

[00:33:56] [SPEAKER_03]: wow you guys know all your fans already

[00:33:58] [SPEAKER_03]: she's a vendor here

[00:33:59] [SPEAKER_03]: and she makes the most beautiful

[00:34:01] [SPEAKER_03]: amazing stream earrings

[00:34:05] [SPEAKER_03]: and necklaces

[00:34:07] [SPEAKER_03]: so go check her out

[00:34:08] [SPEAKER_03]: yeah good plug

[00:34:10] [SPEAKER_00]: hi I'm Brittany

[00:34:12] [SPEAKER_00]: and I'm just wondering what are some of your guys's favorite horror movies

[00:34:16] [SPEAKER_00]: oh good question

[00:34:17] [SPEAKER_05]: she wants to know what

[00:34:19] [SPEAKER_05]: some of our favorite horror movies are

[00:34:21] [SPEAKER_05]: I'll let Nancy and go first

[00:34:22] [SPEAKER_03]: well I'm a horror movie virgin

[00:34:25] [SPEAKER_03]: because I was always so afraid

[00:34:27] [SPEAKER_03]: growing up

[00:34:28] [SPEAKER_03]: but now I'm ready

[00:34:30] [SPEAKER_03]: to dive in

[00:34:31] [SPEAKER_03]: and watch all of the Nightmare on Elm Streets

[00:34:33] [SPEAKER_03]: haven't seen those so

[00:34:34] [SPEAKER_03]: I did just watch, I would have to say

[00:34:37] [SPEAKER_03]: of the ones I've seen the Shining

[00:34:39] [SPEAKER_03]: and Psycho

[00:34:40] [SPEAKER_03]: of the ones I've seen but I have so much

[00:34:43] [SPEAKER_03]: I haven't seen Friday the 13th Nightmare on Elm Streets

[00:34:46] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm way behind

[00:34:47] [SPEAKER_03]: but I am going to watch them all

[00:34:49] [SPEAKER_03]: but those two

[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_03]: of what I've seen would be my favorite

[00:34:53] [SPEAKER_03]: for me

[00:34:55] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm sort of one of those

[00:34:58] [SPEAKER_05]: I like Alfred Hitchcock

[00:35:00] [SPEAKER_05]: I know that's

[00:35:01] [SPEAKER_05]: some of those movies are scary

[00:35:03] [SPEAKER_05]: I love the Shining

[00:35:04] [SPEAKER_05]: I loved the first Halloween

[00:35:06] [SPEAKER_05]: that ruined me though

[00:35:08] [SPEAKER_05]: my mother

[00:35:10] [SPEAKER_05]: I grew up in a family with five kids

[00:35:13] [SPEAKER_05]: and we thought we were going to see

[00:35:15] [SPEAKER_05]: a Disney movie this is when people actually

[00:35:17] [SPEAKER_05]: went to the movies

[00:35:18] [SPEAKER_05]: and all of a sudden I'm sitting there

[00:35:20] [SPEAKER_05]: in the Disney movie with my popcorn

[00:35:22] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm so excited with my siblings

[00:35:24] [SPEAKER_05]: and my mother was a very young mom

[00:35:26] [SPEAKER_05]: she said everybody get up

[00:35:28] [SPEAKER_05]: and I'm like what we just got here

[00:35:30] [SPEAKER_05]: she goes no this is not the right movie

[00:35:32] [SPEAKER_05]: we're going into another movie

[00:35:34] [SPEAKER_05]: and I was like okay you know just going on

[00:35:36] [SPEAKER_05]: all of a sudden we go into the movie

[00:35:38] [SPEAKER_05]: open up the door and the music of Halloween

[00:35:42] [SPEAKER_05]: was playing

[00:35:42] [SPEAKER_05]: and my life has never been the same

[00:35:44] [SPEAKER_05]: ever and I was traumatized

[00:35:47] [SPEAKER_05]: so I watched Halloween

[00:35:48] [SPEAKER_05]: at six years old

[00:35:50] [SPEAKER_05]: and I feel that's a mild form of child abuse

[00:35:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Traumatized in a good way

[00:35:55] [SPEAKER_02]: cause it led you to

[00:35:56] [SPEAKER_02]: career in horror movies

[00:35:57] [SPEAKER_05]: what about

[00:35:58] [SPEAKER_05]: I saw it in the 13th

[00:36:01] [SPEAKER_05]: and then one last movie

[00:36:03] [SPEAKER_05]: have you checked the children

[00:36:04] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what that movie is

[00:36:06] [SPEAKER_05]: but that movie

[00:36:07] [SPEAKER_05]: what a stranger calls

[00:36:11] [SPEAKER_05]: is the worst horror movie you'll ever see

[00:36:14] [SPEAKER_05]: is that Carol Kane

[00:36:15] [SPEAKER_05]: it's not enjoyable it will destroy your life

[00:36:17] [SPEAKER_05]: so you horror fans

[00:36:19] [SPEAKER_05]: go out there and see it

[00:36:20] [SPEAKER_02]: if you don't want to sleep

[00:36:22] [SPEAKER_02]: watch that movie there you go

[00:36:24] [SPEAKER_10]: we need you guys to settle a score for us real quick here

[00:36:27] [SPEAKER_10]: okay alright

[00:36:29] [SPEAKER_10]: who's the ultimate scream queen

[00:36:30] [SPEAKER_10]: Jamie Lee Curtis

[00:36:33] [SPEAKER_10]: Nev Campbell

[00:36:33] [SPEAKER_10]: or Jenna Ortega

[00:36:35] [SPEAKER_10]: the ultimate scream queen

[00:36:38] [SPEAKER_05]: oh come on it's Jamie Lee Curtis

[00:36:40] [SPEAKER_05]: JLC

[00:36:41] [SPEAKER_05]: it's homage it's pain respect

[00:36:43] [SPEAKER_05]: she's older she did it first

[00:36:45] [SPEAKER_05]: Nev is great but it's Jamie Lee Curtis

[00:36:47] [SPEAKER_05]: for me

[00:36:50] [SPEAKER_03]: yes Jamie Lee Curtis

[00:36:51] [SPEAKER_03]: I hope

[00:36:53] [SPEAKER_03]: personally I don't want scream

[00:36:55] [SPEAKER_03]: to continue without Nev

[00:36:57] [SPEAKER_03]: personally I know there are many different

[00:36:59] [SPEAKER_10]: the franchise wasn't as good when she wasn't there

[00:37:02] [SPEAKER_10]: and it's that much better now that she's back

[00:37:04] [SPEAKER_03]: does she want to keep doing them

[00:37:06] [SPEAKER_03]: or what was the reason

[00:37:07] [SPEAKER_03]: all that was said in the media was

[00:37:10] [SPEAKER_03]: they wouldn't pay her what she felt

[00:37:12] [SPEAKER_03]: she deserved

[00:37:13] [SPEAKER_03]: which I agree with

[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_03]: but to me I think it would be so interesting

[00:37:18] [SPEAKER_03]: with scream just like with Halloween

[00:37:20] [SPEAKER_03]: with Jamie Lee Curtis to watch

[00:37:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Sydney grow old

[00:37:23] [SPEAKER_05]: and be even more badass

[00:37:26] [SPEAKER_05]: like they did with Jamie Lee Curtis

[00:37:27] [SPEAKER_05]: I totally agree

[00:37:28] [SPEAKER_05]: and also Nev is aging very well

[00:37:31] [SPEAKER_05]: like a fine wine

[00:37:32] [SPEAKER_05]: she's beautiful

[00:37:34] [SPEAKER_05]: she's beautiful

[00:37:35] [SPEAKER_02]: few more questions it's almost that time

[00:37:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Leonora can you tell us about

[00:37:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Yoga Fan Girl

[00:37:41] [SPEAKER_05]: oh Yoga Fan Girl thank you for asking

[00:37:44] [SPEAKER_05]: it's a book that I wrote

[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_05]: it's written from a student's perspective

[00:37:47] [SPEAKER_05]: so it's not like preachy

[00:37:49] [SPEAKER_05]: and it's just my experiences with yoga

[00:37:52] [SPEAKER_05]: but told in a fun and quirky way

[00:37:54] [SPEAKER_05]: and then the photographs

[00:37:56] [SPEAKER_05]: are paying homage

[00:37:58] [SPEAKER_05]: to my grandmother who was a pin up star

[00:38:00] [SPEAKER_05]: Roy Rogers

[00:38:01] [SPEAKER_05]: so I'm doing all the poses in high heels

[00:38:03] [SPEAKER_05]: which you don't do yoga in high heels

[00:38:05] [SPEAKER_05]: but I did it like kind of old fashioned pin up

[00:38:08] [SPEAKER_05]: style

[00:38:08] [SPEAKER_05]: but people say it inspired them to try yoga too

[00:38:13] [SPEAKER_05]: right

[00:38:14] [SPEAKER_02]: and you have that at the table right

[00:38:16] [SPEAKER_05]: I have one left

[00:38:18] [SPEAKER_05]: one left

[00:38:18] [SPEAKER_05]: you can also buy it on Amazon

[00:38:21] [SPEAKER_05]: but yeah I have one left

[00:38:23] [SPEAKER_02]: get it today get it signed

[00:38:25] [SPEAKER_02]: get your high heels

[00:38:27] [SPEAKER_05]: it's fun photos and it's a quirky

[00:38:28] [SPEAKER_05]: each chapter is like two

[00:38:30] [SPEAKER_05]: it's like Julia Roberts

[00:38:33] [SPEAKER_05]: Yoga Butt is the title of one of them

[00:38:35] [SPEAKER_05]: it's just a fun quirky book

[00:38:37] [SPEAKER_05]: yeah it's a very quirky book

[00:38:40] [SPEAKER_05]: if you're kind of like weird

[00:38:41] [SPEAKER_05]: you'll like this book

[00:38:43] [SPEAKER_10]: Nancy and I got to ask you this

[00:38:45] [SPEAKER_10]: what are you nerding out on right now

[00:38:47] [SPEAKER_10]: what are you nerding out on right now

[00:38:49] [SPEAKER_03]: oh nerding out on right now

[00:38:51] [SPEAKER_03]: oh gosh

[00:38:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Ozark

[00:38:53] [SPEAKER_03]: my boyfriend and I

[00:38:56] [SPEAKER_03]: I love Jason Bateman

[00:38:58] [SPEAKER_03]: so he

[00:39:00] [SPEAKER_03]: my

[00:39:01] [SPEAKER_03]: no

[00:39:03] [SPEAKER_03]: I've never been

[00:39:05] [SPEAKER_03]: watched a show

[00:39:06] [SPEAKER_03]: so that one I'm

[00:39:09] [SPEAKER_03]: binging and then

[00:39:11] [SPEAKER_03]: and then tennis

[00:39:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Wimbledon's on right now

[00:39:14] [SPEAKER_03]: so I'm a big tennis lover

[00:39:16] [SPEAKER_03]: and love to play tennis

[00:39:18] [SPEAKER_03]: nice

[00:39:19] [SPEAKER_03]: so yeah

[00:39:20] [SPEAKER_10]: alright so now I'm going to get into the hard questions

[00:39:23] [SPEAKER_10]: at the end of the interview right

[00:39:25] [SPEAKER_10]: what is your favorite

[00:39:26] [SPEAKER_10]: kind of taco

[00:39:29] [SPEAKER_05]: kind of taco

[00:39:30] [SPEAKER_10]: yeah your favorite kind of taco

[00:39:32] [SPEAKER_05]: well I mean I was born with an avocado in my mouth

[00:39:35] [SPEAKER_05]: so it has to have an avocado guacamole

[00:39:37] [SPEAKER_05]: but my favorite I mean taco bell

[00:39:39] [SPEAKER_05]: is pretty good

[00:39:40] [SPEAKER_03]: I don't see children so I

[00:39:43] [SPEAKER_03]: love oh wait there is one

[00:39:44] [SPEAKER_03]: I might love to say I mean

[00:39:46] [SPEAKER_03]: I love a good bearded taco

[00:39:49] [SPEAKER_09]: oh god

[00:39:51] [SPEAKER_09]: that's a good one

[00:39:52] [SPEAKER_06]: you really got me all fired on now

[00:39:53] [SPEAKER_05]: I actually do like taco bell though

[00:39:56] [SPEAKER_05]: I like taco bell too

[00:39:58] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm really dirty

[00:40:00] [SPEAKER_10]: I can't wait to have you on the show

[00:40:02] [SPEAKER_10]: yeah

[00:40:04] [SPEAKER_10]: so speaking of food

[00:40:06] [SPEAKER_10]: what's the one thing from craft

[00:40:08] [SPEAKER_10]: craft services that you would just never try

[00:40:12] [SPEAKER_05]: I've tried everything at craft service

[00:40:14] [SPEAKER_05]: if you need to find me I'll be at craft service

[00:40:17] [SPEAKER_05]: yeah me too

[00:40:18] [SPEAKER_10]: okay so then to change it what's your favorite thing

[00:40:20] [SPEAKER_10]: from craft services

[00:40:20] [SPEAKER_05]: well I mean it's different at every table

[00:40:24] [SPEAKER_05]: the craft service in LA

[00:40:26] [SPEAKER_05]: is on point they have everything

[00:40:27] [SPEAKER_05]: like hummus

[00:40:29] [SPEAKER_05]: and pita bread probably

[00:40:31] [SPEAKER_03]: I did a TV show

[00:40:33] [SPEAKER_03]: a little teeny bopper TV show years ago

[00:40:36] [SPEAKER_03]: and they had biscuits and gravy

[00:40:37] [SPEAKER_03]: oh my god

[00:40:38] [SPEAKER_03]: that is special

[00:40:42] [SPEAKER_05]: that's special

[00:40:43] [SPEAKER_05]: but I also we also take things

[00:40:46] [SPEAKER_05]: from craft service and put it in our bag

[00:40:48] [SPEAKER_05]: for later

[00:40:49] [SPEAKER_10]: which is what James would do as well

[00:40:51] [SPEAKER_10]: yeah 100%

[00:40:54] [SPEAKER_10]: so guys what's the advice

[00:40:56] [SPEAKER_10]: for anybody trying to get into the industry

[00:40:57] [SPEAKER_10]: what's something that you would tell somebody like

[00:40:59] [SPEAKER_05]: don't do it unless it's the only thing you want to do

[00:41:02] [SPEAKER_05]: because it's really hard

[00:41:04] [SPEAKER_05]: business to break into

[00:41:05] [SPEAKER_05]: but if you love it then it'll be okay

[00:41:08] [SPEAKER_05]: that's fine

[00:41:09] [SPEAKER_03]: yeah no I

[00:41:10] [SPEAKER_03]: say the same thing with Leonora

[00:41:12] [SPEAKER_03]: and then don't pay attention

[00:41:14] [SPEAKER_03]: this might sound cheesy but there's only

[00:41:16] [SPEAKER_03]: one of you like there's only one Leonora

[00:41:19] [SPEAKER_03]: there's only one Nancy Ann

[00:41:20] [SPEAKER_03]: so you don't

[00:41:22] [SPEAKER_10]: I need someone that's like Nancy Ann Ritter

[00:41:24] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean what I mean is

[00:41:28] [SPEAKER_03]: don't psych yourself

[00:41:29] [SPEAKER_03]: out because or think you have to

[00:41:31] [SPEAKER_03]: look a certain way or be a certain way

[00:41:33] [SPEAKER_03]: to me movies

[00:41:35] [SPEAKER_03]: and theater it's all about

[00:41:37] [SPEAKER_03]: every kind of humanity

[00:41:38] [SPEAKER_03]: every kind of different person

[00:41:41] [SPEAKER_03]: looks wise shape wise

[00:41:43] [SPEAKER_03]: and now

[00:41:45] [SPEAKER_03]: I think it's the most inclusive

[00:41:47] [SPEAKER_03]: the business has ever been

[00:41:49] [SPEAKER_03]: as far as just capturing

[00:41:51] [SPEAKER_03]: all different kinds of people

[00:41:52] [SPEAKER_03]: I felt like even growing up in the 80s

[00:41:54] [SPEAKER_03]: like oh I have

[00:41:55] [SPEAKER_03]: I have to look like a certain

[00:41:58] [SPEAKER_03]: person or oh I don't look like a movie

[00:42:00] [SPEAKER_03]: beautiful movie star

[00:42:01] [SPEAKER_03]: and I don't

[00:42:05] [SPEAKER_03]: feel that anymore

[00:42:06] [SPEAKER_03]: and maybe coming from

[00:42:09] [SPEAKER_03]: the theater but yeah

[00:42:10] [SPEAKER_03]: the main thing is what Leonora said

[00:42:12] [SPEAKER_03]: you literally have to

[00:42:15] [SPEAKER_03]: live and breathe

[00:42:16] [SPEAKER_03]: and not want if there's

[00:42:19] [SPEAKER_03]: if you think you have to have a fallback

[00:42:20] [SPEAKER_03]: plan or plan B

[00:42:23] [SPEAKER_03]: then

[00:42:24] [SPEAKER_03]: you're probably not going to ever make

[00:42:26] [SPEAKER_03]: plan A happen it just

[00:42:28] [SPEAKER_03]: almost has to be like a calling

[00:42:30] [SPEAKER_03]: in a way gotcha

[00:42:31] [SPEAKER_10]: so what's next for you guys

[00:42:33] [SPEAKER_10]: what's the next thing you guys got going on

[00:42:35] [SPEAKER_05]: we have several more conventions

[00:42:38] [SPEAKER_03]: that we're doing

[00:42:39] [SPEAKER_02]: more cons and then the woodsman

[00:42:41] [SPEAKER_03]: we've got yeah the woodman will probably come out

[00:42:44] [SPEAKER_03]: maybe Dylan said maybe

[00:42:45] [SPEAKER_03]: around Thanksgiving maybe

[00:42:47] [SPEAKER_03]: our next conventions the

[00:42:49] [SPEAKER_03]: PA horror con in Pennsylvania

[00:42:52] [SPEAKER_03]: and then we'll be

[00:42:53] [SPEAKER_03]: at a new convention we're excited about

[00:42:56] [SPEAKER_03]: the end of Halloween

[00:42:58] [SPEAKER_03]: the end of October

[00:42:59] [SPEAKER_03]: which is a atomic monster

[00:43:02] [SPEAKER_03]: weekend in Mesa

[00:43:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Arizona it looks really cool

[00:43:05] [SPEAKER_03]: D Wallace will be

[00:43:08] [SPEAKER_03]: there the mother in E.T. Michael

[00:43:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Barryman it's got a really cool lineup

[00:43:12] [SPEAKER_03]: the bathroom girls

[00:43:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Tony Moran

[00:43:15] [SPEAKER_03]: the unmasked Michael Myers

[00:43:17] [SPEAKER_03]: in the original

[00:43:20] [SPEAKER_03]: Halloween he's my

[00:43:22] [SPEAKER_03]: boyfriend

[00:43:23] [SPEAKER_03]: in real life

[00:43:25] [SPEAKER_03]: that's a name that's a major

[00:43:27] [SPEAKER_03]: name drop

[00:43:31] [SPEAKER_03]: but yeah

[00:43:33] [SPEAKER_03]: and then we've got other

[00:43:36] [SPEAKER_03]: events and conventions

[00:43:37] [SPEAKER_03]: like as we get things

[00:43:39] [SPEAKER_03]: we'll put it on our

[00:43:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Facebook and Instagram

[00:43:42] [SPEAKER_05]: somebody hacked me so I lost all my followers

[00:43:45] [SPEAKER_05]: I have a new Instagram yoga fan girl

[00:43:47] [SPEAKER_05]: two underscores please follow me

[00:43:50] [SPEAKER_10]: that's that was gonna be my next question

[00:43:51] [SPEAKER_10]: is where can we find you guys

[00:43:53] [SPEAKER_05]: yoga fan girl all one word

[00:43:55] [SPEAKER_05]: two underscores

[00:43:57] [SPEAKER_03]: somebody hacked me

[00:43:59] [SPEAKER_03]: and then mine on Instagram is my name

[00:44:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Nancy Ann Ritter

[00:44:03] [SPEAKER_03]: and the same on Facebook

[00:44:05] [SPEAKER_03]: and Ritter is double D's

[00:44:07] [SPEAKER_03]: not double T's like John Ritter

[00:44:09] [SPEAKER_03]: and then Leonora Shelfo

[00:44:12] [SPEAKER_03]: is

[00:44:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonora Shelfo is Leonora Shelfo and Priscilla

[00:44:15] [SPEAKER_03]: good luck trying to spell that one

[00:44:17] [SPEAKER_03]: she's the only Leonora I've ever met

[00:44:20] [SPEAKER_03]: or known

[00:44:20] [SPEAKER_03]: my friends call me Lee

[00:44:23] [SPEAKER_03]: yes Lee

[00:44:25] [SPEAKER_10]: well guys just give it up for the stream

[00:44:27] [SPEAKER_10]: bathroom girls
